Mondelēz International is seeking a skilled Capital Investment Specialist to join its TN Poland team. As a key member of the Engineering team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and productivity through effective capital investment initiatives.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your project management expertise and technical knowledge to deliver results-driven solutions. As a Capital Investment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive technical plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage capital investment initiatives related to packaging equipment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular project updates and progress reports.
  • Supervise and control internal and external resources, ensuring efficient use of company assets and minimizing downtime.
  • Oversee project execution, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, using tools like project management software and ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, to drive project success.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, automation engineering, food industry, or project management.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with computer applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and project management software.
