As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. Your primary responsibility will be to design and execute test cases, write and maintain automated tests, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test cases in compliance with test and method standards
  • Design and implement automated tests using Cypress
  • Raise defects found during testing and work with developers to resolve them
  • Collaborate with IT System Analyst/Requirements engineer's development of acceptance criteria
  • Support the early-stage involvement in projects, contributing to project estimations regarding test area and requirements analysis
  • Support the defect management process, including subsequent root cause analysis
  • Support the creation of documents
  • Support the tracking of test KPI and metrics following Munich Re standards
Requirements
  • Fluency in Polish
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English (at least B2 level)
  • Automation testing experience (using: Cypress, Selenium, JUnit or other framework)
  • Detailed knowledge of the testing lifecycle as well as the different test types and their application
  • Test planning, execution, and data management expertise
  • e.g. Azure DevOps with Azure test plans
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
