About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our European Cocoa Planning Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for optimizing production planning at our subcontractors' sites, organizing transports, and collaborating with supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize production planning at subcontractors' sites and organize transports in collaboration with supply chain teams.
  • Closely collaborate with Solid & Liquid active planners for alignment on subco planning in the total planning landscape.
  • Declare all flows in SAP, control and validate subcontractors' stocks, and invoices.
  • Challenge production R&D or QA constraints and have a problem-solving attitude and mindset.
  • Coordinate transports to choco entities and between cocoa sites and subco.
  • Stock management specialty powder cocoa and update specialties stock policy when necessary with Solid planner.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the overall subco process.
  • Ensure inventories at subcontractors and supervise all other activities related to internal control.
  • Takes part and/or run S&OE steps related to subco management.
  • Drives continuous improvement on subco process.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a focus on supply chain and operations.
  • At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning in an industrial and international environment.
  • ERP and planning systems (SAP, planning optimizer tools, e.g., OMP).
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Communicative French.
  • Strong analytical skills, rigorous, good communication, proactive & reactive problem-solving.
  • Autonomous in a remote working environment.
