Financial Controller

Markem-Imaje, a leading manufacturer of product identification and traceability solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for Supply Chain and Operations Financial Planning and Analysis.

• Coordinate the budget and forecast process, collecting and analyzing data from associated departments to produce required documents and bridges.
• Monitor month-end and year-end closing processes, reconciling accounting with reporting information and tracking accruals.
• Analyze performance and contribute to its improvement, checking consistency of capacity versus workload and tracking variances between actuals and budgets/standards.
• Develop and implement reporting tools, key Performance Indicators, and related processes and procedures.
• Participate in global FI/CO projects to improve margins analysis and financial systems robustness.
• Support finance and operations teams with ad-hoc requests.

• Masters degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Manufacturing background or Supply Chain experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures.
• Computer literacy, MS Excel proficiency, and familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• SAP FICO and Power BI experience a plus.
• Strong time management skills and integrity.
• Polish and English language skills required.
