About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with German language skills (minimum B2) to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to our German-speaking clients. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their IT issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for friendly, helpful, and empathetic people who have an interest in technology. You will be the face and voice of Kyndryl, helping customers solve their problems every day. Your excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities will enable you to navigate complex technical issues with ease.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to German-speaking clients via chat, email, and MS Teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work collaboratively with back-office teams to handle escalations and resolve complex issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
