Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Inventory Optimization Lead to join our operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing optimized inventory management strategies to drive business growth and improve supply chain efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement replenishment strategies to achieve optimal inventory levels.
  • Review and analyze MRP output to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage material exceptions and enhance supply chain performance.
  • Provide accurate material forecasts to procurement and external suppliers.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the phase-in and phase-out of materials and BOMs.
  • Report any master data exceptions to the Master Data Management Team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, supply chain management, or mathematics.
  • Advanced knowledge of planning systems, preferably with experience using SAP, Oracle, or JDE.
  • Proven experience in supply planning, including MRP planning and inventory management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
