About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Director to join our Sowelo Consulting team in Poland. As a key member of our Global Business Services (GBS) operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing day-to-day activities.

As the Senior Operations Director, you will be responsible for ensuring team members are engaged, productive, and aligned with overall business objectives. You will facilitate communication, track progress, and foster a positive and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Oversight: Monitor activities and performance of team members within GBS, BPO, and PMO teams.
  • Daily Touch Bases: Set up and lead daily/weekly/monthly touch base meetings to engage with team members, assess their workload, and ensure they are effectively utilizing their time.
  • Performance Management: Analyze team output and individual performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and training needs.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with senior management to align team activities with company goals and objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within GBS, BPO, and PMO operations to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a GBS or Shared Services environment.
  • Strong understanding of BPO processes and project management principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with team members and leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in technology and project management tools, with a strong aptitude for data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
