About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QA Test Lead for the Unqork project at B2B S.A.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and leading testing strategies for Unqork platform solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with project objectives.

This role involves a combination of test management, automation development, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Testing Strategy

Design and implement a testing strategy tailored to Unqork platform solutions, ensuring quality and alignment with project goals and timelines.

Lead Test Planning Activities

Manage the creation and execution of test cases, test scripts, and test data, focusing on both functional and non-functional requirements.

Automated Testing Frameworks and Scripts

Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts using Python to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

CI/CD Pipeline Integration

Work closely with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline, optimizing for speed and reliability.

Team Leadership and Mentorship

Guide and mentor a team of testers, promoting best practices in both manual and automated testing, with a focus on Unqork applications.

Knowledge-Sharing Sessions

Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions within the testing team, enhancing their skills in Unqork platform functionality and Python-based automation.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, acceptance criteria, and project goals.

Test Progress Updates

Provide regular updates on test progress, challenges, and outcomes, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.

Defect Tracking and Resolution

Oversee defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring that critical issues are prioritized and addressed promptly.

Test Results Analysis

Evaluate test results and provide detailed analysis and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Proven Experience in QA Test Lead Role

Proven experience in a QA Test Lead role, with a strong focus on automation and testing for enterprise platforms, particularly in relation to Unqork or similar solutions.

Expertise in Python

Expertise in Python for developing automated test scripts and frameworks.

CICD Integration Experience

Experience with CI/CD integration for automated testing.

Familiarity with Functional and Non-Functional Testing

Familiarity with functional and non-functional testing for enterprise applications.

Strong Leadership Skills

Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor a team of testers.

Excellent Communication Skills

Excellent communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
