Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and enhance the internal Windows IT infrastructure within an international setting.
  • Integrate new services into existing architectures to meet business process needs.
  • Manage a consistent internal Windows IT infrastructure (Windows Server 2019) utilizing VMware and Citrix terminal solutions.
  • Ensure system availability, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across all internal communication solutions, server systems, and workstations.
  • Develop and maintain our virtualization infrastructure (hyper-converged).
  • Plan and execute IT projects.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for the service desk.

Requirements:

  • Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a similar IT qualification.
  • Several years of hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong knowledge of VMware (hyper-converged) and Citrix.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server 2019.
  • Basic experience in network architecture is a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Service-oriented with strong communication skills.
