Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Applied Scientist, Generative AI to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will develop generative and machine-learning products in close collaboration with our applied science, product, design, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Develop machine-learning models and algorithms to be released as new product features, working closely with engineers to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
  • Collaboration: Contribute to developing internal standards, processes, and tooling for leveraging generative AI, collaborating with Product to assemble and synthesize datasets for evaluation and model-building.
  • Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and contribute to the development of transformational technologies according to Relativity's responsible AI approach.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field or equivalent academic/industry experience, combined with an advanced degree in Computer Science or a quantitative discipline.
  • Excellent analytical skills, solid understanding of machine learning concepts, and experience in the full model development lifecycle.
  • Experience with generative AI models, programming and scripting in Python, and the ability to communicate complex data science concepts effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and operate with a high level of autonomy.

Benefits

Relativity offers competitive compensation practices, including a base salary, annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. This role comes with an expected salary range between $216,000 and $324,000 per year, depending on factors such as depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
