Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales professional to join our team in Łódź. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating quality leads, following up on inbound inquiries, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales plans
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary vocational education with at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in sales or account management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, with experience in CRM systems and ERP systems a plus
  • Native Polish speaker with advanced English skills for internal communication
