Responsibilities
  • Support the MC&A team in Wesseling as a competent partner for the Site Manager, Site Management, and functional leadership.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators for variable and fixed costs that meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Coordinate the annual budget process and support monthly forecast preparation.
  • Participate in special projects and support internal and cross-departmental process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Economics or related field.
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing accounting and/or controlling.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with ERP systems and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
