Financial Operations Role
We are part of Raytheon Technologies, a global corporation, and a primary supplier to Pratt & Whitney.
As a Financial Operations Specialist, you will contribute to the team of over 6,000 employees in Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in month-end closing process ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare detailed financial reports analyses and accounting documentation.
- Reconcile accounts and manage accounting entries ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Oversee the reclassification of Accounts Receivable credit balances.
- Develop and analyze monthly audit reports related to payment terms credit limits and system blocks.
- Generate regular reports on customer payments credit limit breaches and disputed invoices providing insights for decision-making.
- Support both internal and external audit processes offering solutions to discrepancies identified during reviews.
- Contribute to the annual financial review of customer credit limits aligning with business goals.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer Master Data to ensure process efficiency.
- Provide support in factoring processes to optimize working capital management.
- Continuously enhance financial processes to meet high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Handle ad hoc tasks related to Financial Risk Management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting Finance Economics or a related discipline.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint.
- Fluent English communication skills B2 level or above.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SAP systems.
- Interest in learning Power BI and VBA for data automation and reporting.
- Familiarity with ARMS and HFM/One Stream is a plus.
