Job Description:

  • As a senior SAP HANA financial consultant, you will be responsible for delivering financial services and solutions to our clients.
  • You will engage in closing business discussions and resolve remaining issues and design & build topics.
  • You will sustain strong business interaction and alignment, supporting project phases (test cycles, cut over & go live) and interacting with colleagues within the team and other teams as well as working together with owners of connected applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality financial services and solutions to clients.
  • Engage in closing business discussions and resolve remaining issues and design & build topics.
  • Sustain strong business interaction and alignment, supporting project phases (test cycles, cut over & go live) and interacting with colleagues within the team and other teams as well as working together with owners of connected applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and support post-implementation activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Min. 8 Years SAP experience in E2E template implementation programs (min. 3 yrs in HANA)
  • Template roll-out experience, incl fit to standard workshops, cutover and client engagement
  • Management accounting process experience
  • Hands-on SAP HANA skills: Product costing, Material Ledger, Cost center accounting, Profit center and partner profit center accounting, Month end processes
  • Good communication skills in English language (must) + Polish language nice to have (candidates with Polish preferable)
  • Experience in client facing roles, engaging stakeholders ranging from end users to client country management
  • Consulting skills
  • Experience working with development team to design and test localizations(WRICEFs)
  • Overall understanding of CO (CC, PC, PPC, ML) and integration other modules
