Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage the Atlassian suite, including Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, and Bamboo for efficient back-end administration.
  2. Automate administration processes and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for installation, upgrades, staging, backups, and restorations.
  3. Troubleshoot and optimize CI/CD workflows using Bitbucket/GitHub, Bamboo/Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, and Octopus.
  4. Ensure optimal performance, monitoring, and security of Linux systems through administration.
  5. Develop automation scripts with Ansible for efficient system provisioning and configuration.
  6. Utilize Adaptavist ScriptRunner for Jira to automate workflows and extend functionalities.

Requirements

  1. Senior-level experience as an IT Administrator with a proven track record in managing and supporting three-tier applications.
  2. Advanced Linux administration skills, particularly with RedHat.
  3. Proficiency in Docker containerization, including the creation, deployment, and management of Docker containers on the OpenShift platform.
  4. Strong scripting abilities in Bash and experience with automation tools such as Ansible.
  5. Skilled in debugging CI/CD processes using Bitbucket or GitHub (GIT) for code repositories and Jenkins or Bamboo for automation.
  6. Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL.
  7. Experience with Windows server administration.
  8. Experience managing Apache and Tomcat servers.
  9. Proficiency in Java or Groovy for scripting.
  10. Fluency in English and Polish.

Nice to Have

  1. Familiarity with MongoDB, Redis, and MS SQL.
