Key Responsibilities:
  • Issuing sales invoices and credit notes
  • Monitoring receivables and handling claims and complaints
  • Coordinating debt collection processes and managing customer data
  • Providing financial reporting and analysis to support business decisions
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Blocking or unblocking customer accounts and analyzing customer situations
  • Developing and adapting financial tools to support new projects
  • Verifying and sending balance confirmations and reconciling data between systems
  • Providing periodic and ad-hoc reporting to higher-level personnel
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • First experience in debt collection agencies or finance departments is an asset
  • Fluent Polish language skills (C1) and English language skills (B2)
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, SAP, and DAX
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
