We're seeking a talented Business Development Associate to join our sales team at PinMeTo. As a Client Acquisition Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, connecting with potential customers, and building a pipeline of qualified leads.

Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough research to map prospect accounts, proactively engaging potential customers, and arranging discussions with senior executives to understand their business needs.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the CEE market and its challenges
  • Establish strong relationships with potential customers and stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate PinMeTo's value proposition to prospects
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to optimize results

We're looking for a highly motivated sales professional who is fluent in Ukrainian or Romanian. Strong communication skills, combined with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, are essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strategic approach to sales, and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
