Promoting Organizational Performance and Succession Planning

In this role, you will be responsible for driving organizational performance and succession planning initiatives. You will work closely with departmental leaders to develop and implement strategies that enhance talent management, improve performance, and boost employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement succession planning strategies, including leadership development programs and assessments to identify skill gaps.

  2. Collaborate with departmental leaders to design and implement training initiatives, including leadership programs and webinars, to foster continuous learning and development within the organization.

  3. Foster strong relationships with management and employees, building trust and collaboration to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.

  4. Guide managers on team dynamics, employee engagement, and performance improvement strategies to optimize productivity and efficiency.

  5. Support performance management cycles, providing coaching on feedback and identifying solutions for enhancing employee performance and promoting career growth.

  6. Contribute to the development of HR policies and initiatives that align with business objectives, such as career development and internal mobility programs.

  7. Participate in the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to find the best fit for our team.

  8. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, conducting exit interviews and trial period reviews to ensure a seamless transition for new hires and departing employees.

  9. Analyze HR data, identify trends, and propose improvements to align with business objectives and drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Higher education degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology, with a strong focus on driving HR solutions and collaborating with senior leaders.

  • Proven experience in succession planning, leadership development, and identifying skill gaps to drive organizational growth and success.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with management and employees.

  • Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze HR data and propose improvements to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Native Polish speaker with fluent English (C1+) language skills.
