About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Account Executive to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth across all three divisions of Spectrum Medical Device within a specified territory and/or with specified customer accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on building long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders. You will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, implement strategic account management practices, and drive the expansion of business within the assigned territory through targeted strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage Sales Pipeline: Identify, develop, and manage a robust sales pipeline within your assigned territory.
  • Customer Visits and Presentations: Regularly travel to customer sites to present Spectrum's offerings and develop new business opportunities.
  • Strategic Account Management: Implement strategic account management practices to maintain and grow relationships with global key accounts.
  • Territory Growth: Drive the expansion of business within the assigned territory through targeted strategies.

About You

  • Experience: +10 years of sales experience in the medtech or a similar field, with knowledge of EMEA medtech industry and specific focus on Irish medtech companies
  • Experience in ISO-13485 and FDA/EU Class II and Class III Regulatory Clearance is preferred.
  • Education: BA in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
