Job Title: Senior Software Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at Bosch. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Valuemation tool within our IT infrastructure. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the proper functioning of the tool and aligning it with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Developing and maintaining the Valuemation tool
* Designing and implementing solutions for Valuemation to enable efficient cost planning and management for IT Services
* Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to gather and define IT requirements
* Customizing and implementing user requests within Valuemation
* Adhering to Bosch IT standards and best practices in all aspects of development and system integration

Requirements:

* Knowledge of Python, SQL, Oracle DB, and Rest API
* Experience in working within different software development and delivery life cycles
* Experience working with large amounts of data and the ability to manage it effectively
* Analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical issues
* Self-organization, structured, responsible, and goal-oriented
* Ability to present results and communicate within the team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of Java and PL/SQL
* Experience with ETL tools
* Experience with Valuemation software
* Experience with Linux, specifically Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
* Proficiency in working with Tomcat application server
