The Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and optimize our company's IT systems, infrastructure, and support services. Key responsibilities include leading the IT team, planning and executing strategic IT projects, coordinating day-to-day activities, developing IT policies, ensuring service level agreements, managing hardware and software, running incident and problem management, and implementing a long-term IT roadmap.

  • Lead the IT team, mentoring, guiding, training, and performance evaluations
  • Plan and execute strategic IT and infrastructure projects
  • Coordinate daily activities to ensure timely issue resolutions
  • Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation
  • Ensure service level agreements are met
  • Manage and provide oversight on hardware and software management
  • Run IT incident and problem management
  • Implement a strategic long-term IT roadmap
  • Ensure security and availability of networks, hardware, peripherals, and enterprise network

The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of business needs. We are looking for someone with 4+ years of experience in an IT management role, previous experience managing global IT teams across multiple timezones, and extensive knowledge of Google Workspace, JIRA, Confluence, and IAM platforms.
