The Role
We seek an experienced Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our Senior QS team in managing project costs, ensuring financial targets are met, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include assisting in preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets, supporting feasibility studies and cost analysis, monitoring and controlling project expenses, helping prepare tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities, and collaborating with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to hold a degree (or equivalent experience) in Quantity Surveying and be working towards RICS membership. A CSCS card holder is also essential.
