Sustainability Analyst

About the Role:

The Sustainability Analyst will play a key role in supporting the deployment of TE Connectivity's sustainability strategy. This includes calculating Product Carbon Footprint, implementing green programs, and using internal reporting tools to improve circularity within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Calculate Product Carbon Footprint for existing products
• Conduct comparative PCF studies with engineers
• Automate PCF for customer requests
• Maintain Life Cycle Assessment database
• Support cross-BU team to popularize LCA/PCF topic
• Manage Sustainability data sets
• Develop reporting tools
• Support in creating platforms to communicate Sustainability data
• Translate complex reporting/data requirements into effective business solutions
• Serve internal customers with reports
• Present to executive leadership summaries
• Maintain monthly reports accuracy
• Develop new dashboards for KPIs
• Conduct data analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental/Sustainability sciences
• Life Cycle Assessment/Product Carbon Footprint specialization
• Previous experience in Environmental/Sustainability related positions
• Experience in working with LCA software
• Advanced knowledge in LCA/PCF topic
• Expert level with Excel
• Excellent project management, problem-solving skills, data analytical and financial skills, and communication skills
