Machine Learning Innovator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Innovator to join our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning team in the Health and Essential Industry Solutions (HEIS) domain, which focuses on applying cutting-edge machine learning techniques to transform health and essential industry sectors. As a key member of this team, you will collaborate with talented researchers and engineers to develop innovative solutions that enhance our product impact in healthcare, essential services, and related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop machine learning tooling to facilitate various phases of the ML lifecycle from model training, data ETL, end-to-end model evaluation, and deployment.
- Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to build solutions that align Large Language Models (LLMs) with specific use cases.
- Deliver reusable and easy-to-use tooling to integrate with existing data and machine learning systems.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles, particularly in the context of LLMs.
- 5+ years of proficiency in Python, including machine learning packages like Jax/TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Skills in Java/Scala (preferred).
- Experience building scalable deep learning systems.
- Experience with large-scale data infrastructure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations and virtual teams.
- BS/BA or equivalent degree in computer science or a related field (preferred).
