Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our Technology Operations Center, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting our global network and infrastructure platforms. This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues in real-time using tools such as Pager Duty, SolarWinds, and ServiceNow.

Escalate critical issues to Tier 2 and Tier 3 engineers and 3rd party vendors as needed.

Provide 1st line support for WBD's network, infrastructure, and digital services across 50 offices and production centers globally.

Work collaboratively with the Duty Operations Manager to manage high-priority outages and provide stakeholder communications.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in a technology department, providing administrative, troubleshooting, and technical support.

Strong knowledge of Active Directory, ServiceNow, and other service management tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts.
