Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team at TN Poland. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial steering and controlling best practices, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and generate valuable insights.

About the Role: As a Financial Controller, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between strategy and implementation, ensuring seamless execution of the Finance Transformation Program (FTP). You will act as a liaison between the FTP strategy and its subsequent implementation, driving alignment and integration of strategic financial steering with implementation.

\Main Responsibilities:\

  • You will develop a future steering logic and roadmap, aligning with Group Steering Approach and Top KPIs.\
  • You will work closely with business stakeholders and related FTP modules, such as Data and Structures, to derive and align requirements.\
  • You will analyse interfaces and dependencies between controlling and accounting processes and data, assessing implications for solution design and implementation.\
  • You will lead the implementation of interim solutions for the defined steering logic within the current finance IT environment, while initiating full-scope realisation with FTP.\
  • You will continuously strive to identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, maximising time spent on value-adding activities.\
\Requirements:\
  • \
  • A strong understanding of controlling and financial steering best practices, particularly in KPI selection, cash flow management, and reporting.\
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in a multicultural, multi-location, and senior environment.\
  • A very good command of English is required, and proficiency in German or other languages is considered a plus.\
  • A Master's degree in an applied science, ideally in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics, though degrees in Mathematics, Statistics, or IT are also acceptable.\
  • Several years of working experience in a Controlling Line Function or Consulting role, preferably with significant involvement in discussions with Top Management.\
