Responsibilities
  1. Defines and executes a data governance strategy and roadmap, including policies, standards, and procedures. Partners with key stakeholders to identify and document critical data elements, including metadata, lineage, and business rules for in-scope systems.
  2. Promotes and monitors the consistent and correct use of People Data, partnering across the Workforce Analytics team to ensure all projects and programs are coordinated with Data Privacy and Data Protection, fulfilling all legal and compliance requirements across markets.
  3. Creates and executes a communication plan to ensure data owners understand the information governance strategy and policies, their role and responsibilities, and alignment between business unit-level procedures and data governance policies.
  4. Develops a reporting product roadmap and partners with key stakeholders to execute against it, designing effective people analytics/reporting products (dashboards) that inform business decisions.
