This new unit will drive digital transformation, deliver high-quality services, and enhance operational efficiency.

Our Mission

We're looking for skilled professionals to join us in shaping this dynamic and forward-thinking department. As a key member of our team, you'll play a strategic role in supporting the business and driving digital transformation.

About the Role

This is a primary engineering role, responsible for developing our core IT landscape and SaaS management practices. We're seeking individuals who want to embrace this challenge and oversee critical aspects of our business operations.

  • Technical Implementation: Design, develop, and maintain complex digital workplace infrastructure leveraging Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, and enterprise MDM platforms.
  • Platform Engineering: Develop sophisticated integration strategies for collaboration tools, implementing low-code solutions that address unique organizational requirements.
  • Systems Integration: Build and maintain integration frameworks connecting collaboration platforms, identity management systems, and enterprise applications.
  • Technical Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies, conduct proof-of-concept implementations, and recommend cutting-edge solutions that enhance our digital workplace capabilities.
  • Cybersecurity Management: Work with CyberSec Engineering to improve the security and compliance of IT infrastructure systems, focusing on zero trust and ZTNA as target frameworks.

About You

You'll need:

  • Exceptional Technical Expertise: Strong skills in cloud-based collaboration platform engineering, including cloud-native technologies, identity management systems, and complex integration architectures.
  • Engineering Proficiency: 7+ years of hands-on engineering experience, with an advanced understanding of at least 3 domains: Google Workspace Management, Slack Management, Jira/Confluence Management, MDM Device Management, or Okta/Ping Identity/Jumpcloud IAM/SSO provider management.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Shell, or JavaScript would be beneficial.
  • Architectural Design: Proven track record of designing scalable, secure digital workplace architectures, addressing complex organizational challenges.
  • Workflow Orchestration: Experience in designing and implementing automated user and device provisioning and deprovisioning processes, using Low-code or No-code automation solutions like Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, N8N, Tray, Workato, or custom API-driven workflow orchestration.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Polish is required.
