About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to join our team at Sii Polska. As a key member of our backend development team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the development process, ensuring high-quality code and efficient workflows.

As a seasoned professional in system integration and data migration, you will oversee these processes, guaranteeing smooth transitions and reliable performance. Your strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills will enable you to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and drive project success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Java Platform Architect, and Frontend Tech Lead to design and implement optimal solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate the backend development team, ensuring high-quality code and efficient workflows.
  • Oversight of system integration and data migration processes, ensuring smooth transitions and reliable performance.
  • Organize and manage processes, including planning and executing UAT testing.
  • Regularly consult with the architect regarding architectural plans.
  • Ensure code refactoring, process monitoring, and roadmap management for backend solutions.

Requirements
