Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist with Italian language expertise to join our team at PLES DXC TECHNOLOGY POLSKA sp. z o.o. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, handling accounts payable, and performing accounting duties.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices for payments
- Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors
- Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries, and reconciling books of accounts
- Read and interpret daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
- Assist the accounting team in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and financial statements
- Review and resolve issues with financial and operational reports
- Ensure the account payable team complies with the terms and conditions set out in the contract
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English and Italian languages
- Previous accounting experience - minimum 1 year
- Positive attitude in the area of corporate communication and customer-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/MA Degree in accounting/finance
- Knowledge of JDE, ISP, Noveo
