As a Customer Support Professional with Cpl Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. We are looking for a dedicated, fluent Norwegian-speaking individual to join our team and provide top-tier assistance through phone, email, and chat.

The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of resolving technical issues, contract and billing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing support for leading streaming companies
  2. Handling inquiries related to contracts, billing, and technical matters
  3. Assisting both B2B and B2C clients as first and second-line support
  4. Processing customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
  5. Conducting outbound calls for administrative tasks such as feedback collection or payment reminders

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  1. Fluency in Norwegian (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
  2. At least 6 months of experience in customer service
  3. Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  4. Basic administrative and technical knowledge
