Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Intelligence Specialist to join our team at AgileEngine. As a Marketing Intelligence Specialist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing market data and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research on our current Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and new potential ICPs to identify trends, behaviors, and preferences;
  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies;
  • Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and develop engaging marketing campaigns tailored to our ICP;
  • Assist in creating content that resonates with target audiences, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns;
  • Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and distribute marketing campaigns effectively;
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement;
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and market trends;
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to the marketing team.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related role (internships included);
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging content;
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Upper-intermediate English level.
