  • Compare billing and receivables data during transition processes, identifying any discrepancies or errors that may impact our clients' financials.
  • Investigate errors in client invoices, working closely with our team leaders and client service managers to resolve these issues efficiently.
  • Review daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service possible.
  • Route issues that cannot be addressed at the point of contact to the appropriate team, in accordance with documented procedures.
