Cloud FinOps Program Manager, Executive, State Street Alpha

About this role
We are looking for a Cloud FinOps Program Manager to join our Cloud Governance and Platform Management team at State Street Alpha.
Key responsibilities
- Build structure for business planning and operating cycles to meet critical timelines and organizational requirements.
- Drive cohesion between sub teams by providing visibility to current and future projects and initiatives.
- Provide department leaders with consultation and recommendations to navigate the organization effectively.
- Prepare and deliver data-driven performance reports and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Support the identification and analysis of new partnership opportunities.
- Work with stakeholders to define business requirements for new and existing programs, products, and systems implementations.
- Educate and socialize key tenants to garner understanding, consensus, and support.
- Support the creation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews and presentations for leadership.
- Draft presentations and briefs for meetings and engagements with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Support and drive day-to-day operations to deliver on the team's strategy and operational plans.
- Develop and maintain the centralized repository of workflows, tools, documentation, and standards.
- Identify and pursue cost reduction and efficiency opportunities.
- Develop consistent standards and processes across the team to advocate for operational excellence.
- Foster effective teamwork with internal and external business leaders and partners.
- Work with cross-functional team members to track, monitor, and review content performance metrics.
- Measure and track success against internal KPIs and other key metrics.
About you
We are looking for a strong process developer and implementer with the ability to lead and work well with multiple priorities and concurrent demands.
Requirements
- 4+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
- Previous finance, accounting, or business experience.
- Experience in financial products and processes, preferably SaaS.
- Practical understanding of core cloud technologies and their associated governance, lifecycle management, and delivery.
