The Role

We are seeking a Partnership Manager to join our growing Key Account Managers team. As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for forming strong and long-term business relationships with our partners, identifying customer needs, and working towards ambitious sales goals. You will also prepare daily and monthly reports, collect and analyze data for business presentations, and participate in fairs, training sessions, and industry shows.

Your Responsibilities
  • Form strong and long-term business relationships with our partners
  • Identify customer needs and implement new solutions to help us reach our sales goals
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports on account statuses and results
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare information for business presentations
  • Work on company projects assigned to you
  • Stay up-to-date on G2A's products and services
  • Participate in fairs, training sessions, and brand shows
  • Cooperate with other Partnership Managers to identify areas for development
  • Proactively look for solutions to existing problems to improve the work of your team and company
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in a similar position
  • Open to working from our Rzeszow office for at least 1 month during the onboarding period
  • Skilled with computers and CRM panels
  • Skilled with MS Office
  • English skills at a B2 level minimum
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing conditions
