We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in gathering requirements and designing improvements for internal processing areas. You will collaborate with back-office teams (Payroll, Finance, People) and provide support in processing activities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a WebCon developer/analyst, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to use BPMN/UML notation. You will also need to be able to efficiently communicate with business stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues to ensure the availability of core company processes.
About the role:
- Gather requirements and design improvements, as well as new features, for internal processing areas
- Collaborate with back-office teams (Payroll, Finance, People) and provide support in processing activities
- Develop and maintain WebCon system
- Be responsible for coordinating a team of analysts and developers
About the requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a WebCon developer/analyst
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to use BPMN/UML notation
- Ability to efficiently communicate with business stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve issues to ensure the availability of core company processes
- Very good command of English
- To be able to write complex SQL queries
- At least a bachelor's degree
- Great command of Polish language, being fully confident collaborating with Polish native speakers (at least C1)
