Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed implementation plans, leading with vision.
  • Manage schedules, oversee work plans, and ensure projects stay on time and within scope.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Monitor progress, track KPIs, and oversee budget and resource allocation.
  • Identify potential challenges early and proactively mitigate risks.
  • Balance priorities across project teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Oversight of time reporting and financial reconciliation for project success.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in project management.
  • Understanding of the project lifecycle and strong organizational skills.
  • Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Basic IT knowledge (e.g., databases, processes, infrastructure).
  • Fluent English (written & spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Experience leading, motivating, and coaching project teams.
