Job Title: Systems Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Architect to join our team at b2bnetwork. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for defining, managing, and driving the platform architecture for our new Nordic-wide Core Banking Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a value-driven strategy for the platform and infrastructure.
  • Contribute to defining and maintaining the technical architecture and preparing the backlog for the Technology and Infrastructure team.
  • Develop and govern infrastructure platform standards, principles, and best practices to achieve organizational value objectives.
  • Build effective relationships with peers to facilitate improvement of the IT technology architecture and platforms.
  • Facilitate a shared understanding and commitment among stakeholders to provide solutions to issues in order to achieve the target architecture within own area.

Requirements:

  • Contribute to documenting Information Systems and Platform Enabler Capabilities and problem spaces.
  • Contribute to core compliance documents (SDD, TRRD).
  • Identify possibilities for evolving the architecture to deliver reduced complexity, cost efficiencies, improved agility, reduced risk, or improved business capabilities.
  • Lead and participate in IT systems and IT infrastructure designs, following Client architecture governance.
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining architecture roadmaps for Core Banking Technology and Infrastructure.
  • Work with Product Management and Release Train Engineers to initiate and drive delivery of technology solutions.
  • Proactively guide, implement, and govern architectural principles, best practices, and common change initiatives in own area to secure high quality in IT solutions.
  • Participate in frequent reviews on IT solutions against value-driven IT strategy.
  • Define, track, and manage Non-Functional requirements throughout the delivery cycle.
  • Coach and assist developers, platform teams, ops teams, and Infrastructure teams on best practices and key knowledge areas.
