Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Risk Management Analyst to join our team at Infotree Global Solutions. As a key member of our derivatives risk management group, you will be responsible for assisting in the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of credit exposures on derivatives products.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position that requires 0-1 year of experience in a financial analytical role, with a strong understanding of derivatives products being advantageous. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing product risks, including monitoring of credit and settlement limits, exception management, risk exposure analysis, and post-trade risk management processes.
  • Support the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of the firm's credit exposures on derivatives such as swaps, options, futures, forwards, prime brokerage, and repurchase agreements, including assessments of margins.
  • Help identify exposures that exceed the firm's risk appetite to counterparties and report to senior managers and colleagues.
  • Recognize market specifics to assist in managing the firm's credit risk on a transactional level across derivatives funding products.
  • Identify and escalate issues related to data accuracy and quality.
Requirements
  • Entry-level position 0-1 year of experience in a financial analytical role, credit risk management experience preferred.
  • Understanding of derivatives products is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Basic accounting or financial analysis skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Broad knowledge of GS's business.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Clear and diplomatic communication skills.
  • Motivated team player with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
