GenAI Innovation Lead

We're seeking an experienced GenAI Engineer to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with innovative clients and working on cutting-edge technologies to tackle transformative projects.

• Design and develop production-ready Python applications, focusing on GenAI, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector search technologies.
• Employ innovative methods for document chunking and embedding to enhance data processing and document search capabilities.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces using Angular or React to complement AI-driven applications.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in writing enterprise-grade scalable Python applications.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience developing and deploying client solutions supported by GenAI technologies.
• Hands-on experience in applying large language models and vector search technologies to solve complex data retrieval and analysis challenges.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management and deployment using Docker, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
