Project Manager Job Description

Promise Group is a leading Microsoft partner in the CEE region, offering a wide range of products and services for clients from various economic sectors. Our company has been operating since 1991 and has been the largest provider of Microsoft solutions in Poland since 1996. We specialize in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.

We are seeking a talented Project Manager with experience in the Public Sector to join our team. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Active participation in all phases of external projects within the public sector;
  • Managing projects in accordance with the defined and agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality, adhering to organizational procedures, legal regulations, and a results-oriented approach focused on financial outcomes;
  • Preparing and overseeing project documentation;
  • Close collaboration with other departments, especially the Management Board, as well as internal and external service providers and contractors;
  • Managing project teams, including team building, task delegation and prioritization, and motivation;
  • Analyzing and reporting project progress and financial outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
Our Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT project management;
  • Ability to lead internal projects and collaborate with the Management Board;
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management methodologies, including agile and traditional approaches;
  • Higher education, preferably in technical fields or project management;
  • Independence in action and a proactive approach;
  • Experience in project monitoring, control, and reporting;
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and creating a positive atmosphere;
  • Professionalism, attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving independence;
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level.
