Job Description
TN Poland is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will lead payroll responsibilities, including the preparation of monthly reports and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on payroll-related matters.
- Lead a team and focus on staff development, ensuring best practices are shared throughout the organization.
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for payroll operations.
- Collaborate with HR and finance stakeholders to create strategic roadmaps and ensure alignment.
- Manage external payroll vendors and review processes related to payroll functions.
- Provide data analytics to internal stakeholders and support HR initiatives that impact payroll.
- Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met for payroll operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in international payroll management, with a proven record of process improvement and automation.
- Strong knowledge of payroll concepts, accounting, tax, and finance areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset and strong teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced functionality.
- Very good English language skills.
