Job Description

TN Poland is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will lead payroll responsibilities, including the preparation of monthly reports and ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on payroll-related matters.
  2. Lead a team and focus on staff development, ensuring best practices are shared throughout the organization.
  3. Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for payroll operations.
  4. Collaborate with HR and finance stakeholders to create strategic roadmaps and ensure alignment.
  5. Manage external payroll vendors and review processes related to payroll functions.
  6. Provide data analytics to internal stakeholders and support HR initiatives that impact payroll.
  7. Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met for payroll operations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in international payroll management, with a proven record of process improvement and automation.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll concepts, accounting, tax, and finance areas.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset and strong teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and advanced functionality.
  • Very good English language skills.
