About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Netguru. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and communicating product requirements to development teams, developing and communicating a comprehensive product roadmap, and conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clearly define and communicate product requirements to development teams.
  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Define the long-term vision for the product and establish a roadmap to achieve it.
  • Use data and analytics to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in product management.
  • Experience working in fintech or banking industry in product management area.
  • Expert knowledge of product management processes.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data to make decisions and measure product success.
  • Ability to take on strategic projects that span multiple squads and various stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify metrics and KPIs for a product that you're building.
  • Excellent communication skills and being a team player.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in agile methodology environment (at least 2 years).
  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English – both verbal and written (C1+).
