The successful candidate will have the ability to collect and analyze data from various sources, identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights to support strategic initiatives and value creation efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, including ERP systems and enterprise applications.

  • Design and create dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against strategic goals.

  • Provide regular reports to stakeholders, including the Chief of Staff and other senior leaders.

  • Ensure data accuracy and reliability by implementing quality assurance measures.

  • Identify and address data discrepancies or inconsistencies.

  • Assist in developing and executing strategies to drive value creation within the organization.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within a private equity-backed environment or consulting firm.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI preferred) and data analysis and manipulation tools (Alteryx (preferred), Python, R).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
