We are seeking a proactive and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales process and business development initiatives, this role will contribute to the successful implementation of technology solutions that support automation in various industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, IT sales, or Call Center roles, with fluency in Polish (C1) and English (B2/C1). Proficiency in tools such as Google Docs, MS Office, and research techniques is also essential. Knowledge of prospecting tools, including Sales Navigator, Cold Mail Automation, and Prospect searching tools, is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building a database of new clients through outbound activities (LinkedIn, cold-calling)
  • Collaborating with the Business Development Team to identify potential clients
  • Conducting online conversations with clients in Polish and English (via e-mails and chat)
  • Monitoring the market, analyzing client needs, and keeping track of competitors
  • Representing the company at conferences and industry events
  • Creating databases for marketing activities, such as organizing webinars
  • Supporting other administrative and marketing activities
