Overview of Job Role

The Associate Collections Representative role involves working closely with customers and offices to resolve complex collection issues, analyze data, and develop professional relationships.

This position requires excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contact with customers via phone to monitor payments and accounts receivables.
  • Average and oversee the completion of all assigned responsibilities.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring open lines of communication and timely service.
  • Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior-level team members and/or leadership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve efficiencies and achieve targeted results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in collections, cash applications, credit, accounts receivable, or related finance roles would be beneficial.
  • Fluency in English at a C1 level.
