We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Sealed Air Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to meet revenue objectives and enhance our market share within the foodservice industry.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers, to expand our client base and sustain long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to ensure continuous expansion and diversification of our sales portfolio.
- Provide exceptional customer service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to our company's success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination for the timely delivery of products and services, enhancing our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- B2B sales experience with a strong understanding of the complexities of our industry and effective engagement with our clientele.
- Food industry knowledge, including industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, to tailor sales strategies and provide valuable insights to our team.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies, driving results, and delivering on ambitious revenue targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and articulate the value proposition of our products and services effectively.
- Self-motivated nature and results-driven approach to take ownership of tasks and deliver exceptional outcomes.
