About the Role

As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of the global HR strategy at a local level. You will partner with managers to resolve various employee and organizational issues, including headcount planning, organizational development, and other areas of the employee lifecycle.

You will provide advisory services in performance planning, interpretation of company policies and programs, performance management, employee relations, talent development, and retention activities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers to resolve various employee and organizational issues.
  • Provide advisory services in performance planning, interpretation of company policies and programs, performance management, employee relations, talent development, and retention activities.
  • Oversee HR Administration & Payroll.
  • Offer consultative support and guidance to managers on the implementation and coordination of core global and local HR programs.
  • Monitor key business metrics and utilize workforce analytics to identify areas of opportunity/concern, supporting the creation and execution of action plans.
  • Develop and implement HR-related projects and participate in special projects as needed.
  • Create and execute engagement plans for the organization with support from managers and the Leadership Team.
  • Actively participate in creating and executing training & development programs.
