About the Job
We are seeking an exceptional Junior Business Analyst to join our Global Business Services hub in Gdansk, Poland. This role will provide an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Conduct investigations into internal theft and fraud, working closely with senior analysts and the Global Inventory & Profit Protection Manager to implement effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, retailers, and external experts to stay informed about current and emerging risks.
- Provide expert analysis and recommendations to support operational, financial, and administrative risk management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, reduce risk, and enhance overall business performance.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Finance, or Data Analysis.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within an international setting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and macros.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong English language proficiency and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
