Job Title: GFS Continuous Improvement Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Continuous Improvement Lead to join our Global Finance Services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across our global finance processes, ensuring we deliver best-in-class finance services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver a comprehensive Continuous Improvement Mentoring strategy to drive cultural change and improve process efficiency.
  • Lead a team of 3 direct reports and an overall team size of 5, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement a robust governance framework to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • University Graduate - Post graduate qualification in Continuous Improvement recognized methodology (e.g. Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt).
  • Business acumen and leading across a matrix organization.
  • Strong team leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels across the organization.
  • Experience working with client groups with ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at senior levels.

Preferred Experience:

  • Significant experience working in a large global matrixed organization.
  • Healthcare/Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Experience of working with and delivering results with outsourced providers.
